What You Gonna Do
I challenge anyone to find more than these two songs by Brother Arthur.
brother arthur is a strait enigma, i can't find anything on this guy except those two songs. I know chuck chillout helped produce the album and i'm 99% sure group home sampled his "such a pitty" line.
ReplyDeleteThere is an Imam in Tulsa, Oklahoma named Arthur L. Farahkan who goes by "brother Arthur" and does record "positive and conscious" hip-hop although he is 62, and I just can't imagine it's the same guy--for one they do not sound the same and the Imam's flow is no where near that of the true brother arthur. maybe one day the real arthur will return.
I never knew about that Imam, that's an interesting connection. He's probably too old to be the real Brother Arthur, especiallly if he lacks flow like you say.
